      Pros

      Interesting work. Supplying Tesla with thousands of different fasteners. Also John Deere, but that is dropping off dramatically. Several locations around the world.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between departments. Lower pay. Several people let go recently because of cuts. Seems like the worst ones are still around, though.

      Pros

      If you're loyal, punctual and hardworking, you will be rewarded. I had taken a 6 year leave of absence to work another job that was closer to my family. When I was ready to return, it just took one phone call and I was back on the payroll.

      Cons

      Office politics in some departments can get discouraging. If that sort of thing bothers you, go work somewhere else.
