      Company was great to work for, challenged me to grow with the company, enjoyed my co-workers, except for my manager.

      Pros

      They had a vision to grow the company, and were looking to empower and invest in their current employees through continuous education and professional development. Enjoyed working with my co-workers.

      Cons

      Compensation could have been a little higher. My manager was an extreme micro-manager to the point he was calling me at home on my personal time and harassing me. He also seemed to enjoy berating and belittling me when given the chance. THIS was the only con to the company for me.

      Company match 5% 401k Most of the employees are great to work with

      Cons

      Management from the top to the bottom is bad. They all preach communication but none of them use it. Very unlikley to move up inside of the company. Years of service mean nothing to them

      Really solid work life balance.

      Cons

      Pay is lacking. Health insurance is minimal. Terrible employee support and severe lack of training for important parts of the job.
