Nothing to say anything about cons

You only hear about your mistakes, and not until weeks or months later, regardless of how small, without opportunity to correct whatever it may be. This was done clearly on purpose. Manager seemed to have it out for certain individuals, myself included. Depended upon which way the wind blew. Training should have been better. They say they believe in work/life balance, but they do not. Some don't know about demotions, write ups, etc, until AFTER the fact. Not professional.
