Pros

Bossard has fantastic tools for customer and very good training program, so you can learn a lot.

Cons

There is unbeliveble poor people management. People are treated as robots. The managment doesn't put efforts to motivate people. They don't want to spend time with the people. The lines are absolutely complicated and unclear. There is no recognition if you achieve a nice business, but very often mention if you forget to update the CRM. People are not treated fair. On one hand everybody must make scrifices by taking out unpaid salaries, on the other hand not everybody gets Cafeteria voucher in the same unit. Sales meetings are just about reporting. Managment gives no measurable added value to your work. People are very dissapointed and frustrated, because day by day the work is more complicated.
