Great place to gain experience post-undergrad

Pros

Flexible work schedule and great onboarding process. As well as a friendly work environment. The BCBA's were great and supportive. They provided well-rounded training and many opportunities to grow/learn.

Cons

Very fast paced and demanding, which led to some burn out. Negotiating salary yearly was also challenging and felt inflexible.

Pros

All of the RBTs and BCBAs are dedicated to what they do and care about the clients. Everyone is there to help and work together to achieve the goals set for the clients. The team is truly a team with constant communication and awesome supervisors.

Cons

Burnout is always high in this field, even with the best working environments. The number of sick days doesn't cover the number of days needed for mental health or physical sickness.
