      Pros

      People, culture, cool cases! Everything is just really well laid out and super professional. You don't need to worry about anything other than doing well in your job - it is all taken care of. Also great focus on personal development.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult to get staffed on the cool cases. I.e. staffing attempts to take your preferences into considerations, but at times client needs / BCG needs get priority.

      Pros

      Amazing people, challenging problems, fast learning and development, career acceleration, and fun culture. I really have enjoyed getting to know my cohort of other colleagues that started with me and have found some great more senior mentors.

      Cons

      Client services can be inherently challenging, although I believe BCG does a good job to try to innovate and protect people's time when they can

      exposure to variety of industries and functional areas, working with great people- very smart and open to coaching interaction with super senior clients

      long hours travel gets tiring after some point
