Pros

-Intelligent, passionate colleagues -In-depth training in hard and soft business skills -Opportunities to do high visibility, high impact work as a young professional -Clear performance evaluation standards and promotion track

Cons

Work-life balance is always a struggle with client service jobs, so don't be surprised to have long hours and frequent travel depending on your cases. During your first year, you don't have a ton of influence in selecting the projects you're staffed on.

Pros

High levels of activity and interesting projects ensure there is never a dull moment. The ability to work on various types of project broadens opportunities in the future.

Cons

Having such a wide scope of activity can lead to instances where multiple demands arise at one time and it is then a case or prioritising and working out who your ok to let down.
