      Pros

      -Great brand name that opens doors when you want to leave -Work can be challenging in a good way -Great network with mostly cool colleagues

      Cons

      -Insane working hours (at least in Italy, Germany and some other countries) -Tough up-or-out-culture -Lots of dull work -Weak internal processes

      Pros

      The culture, the people, the overall working environment and topics we work on. We have a lot of inspiring people within the company, work on many topics that matter not only for the business, but also society. Overall it's simply great to be a BCGer ;-)

      Cons

      The working hours are a clear con; as well the amount of travel (in many regions), maybe the on-boarding of new staff could be better, as it's really though to start with BCG.
