      Awesome exit opportunities, incredible benefits, incredibly bright colleagues

      Cons

      Very challenging to maintain a fulfilling personal life while working in this job. The client is always right and it was not unheard of to get an email on a Saturday evening that required a response within a few hours.

      Work can be challenging at times Constant travel eats into work life balance If you want to specialize in a topic, you may not be able to do so at all times

      Pros

      Really smart people, and they care about making you better. Review process is best I've seen anywhere, and if you stick around, pay gets better and better.

      Cons

      Travel. I was traveling 4 days a week pretty much every week. Fine out of college, but not what I wanted longer-term
