Pros
There are a lot of smart people around, so it is good to take example, Very efficient lifestyle of the company, so very easy to learn how to be efficient, Tasks are pretty interesting, you could participate to all parts of the project
Cons
There are a lot of internal competition and people usually take you as the competitor. There was no chance to select the project which you like, they took you directly to the project independently from your preferences. There is typical "consulting culture" which is good and bad at the same time
