      Excellent training and learning development Trusted with an enormous amount of responsibility Pushed beyond your comfort zone Work with extremely intelligent people

      Very limited say in what case you're on, whether/where you travel Need to learn to live with an uncomfortable amount of uncertainty, in daily work, in where you'll be next week, in your job Long hours (expected to work 8am to 10pm on average night, more during stressful times)
