      Cons

      No work-life balance, lack of diversity in management roles, great deal of nepotism in hiring, culture does not prioritize the patients first.

      They have Free Health Insurance and Union.

      Cons

      They over work you for the pay they give. They have no consideration for employees, HR totally does NOT care! They have people working by themselves doing job for 2 people sometimes 3 people. They prefer to drain you than hire help. Management is the worse!
