Pros

If you want retail experience this is good, because the pharmacy does minimum 1100 scripts/day

Cons

much turnover, even in management. leads to many inconsistencies and holes

-Great benefits -Free health insurance -Managers are usually really understanding and flexible with employees -Autonomy in the workplace

Cons

-Very disorganized -Bureaucratic -Benefits are great, but they should really pay more -Not a lot of growth opportunities, or at least they don't market them well

Everything is great except the lack of cleanliness

Pros

Most of the other trainers are very friendly and some will go out of their way to help you if you need any help. The pay isn’t bad as well.

Cons

There is so much disorganization in management decisions. The people and managers are nice though. The hospital is unbelievably filthy in regards to keeping facilities and computer equipment clean. We often feel the need to clean the computer areas before we use them. The chairs look like they have years of crap, germs and dust on them, it makes me itchy sitting in a lot of chairs located in the computer training rooms.
