Pros

Decent benefits, you know you are doing good for a population that needs the most help, pay is also decent because they have a hard time getting anyone decent to work for them

Cons

Extremely toxic work environment. No flexibility in administrative positions, in spite of being discussed throughout interview process and BMC management verbally agreeing on multiple occasions, technology lacking, facilities for administrative staff far below average working environment in other healthcare in Boston, no autonomy even in high ranking positions. Management very rigid, heavy handed, and disrespectful.

Pros

Many educational opportunities available is you are willing to maprake in them.

Cons

Paying for parking even when you are out on vacation, there is no way to pause the parking fee unless you are out on extended medical leave.
