      Pros

      A great team to work for, especially when you are first starting out in the industry. People who research here really do have a love of scientific advances and enjoy their work.

      Cons

      Not in a great neighborhood, no real communication between departments. HR can be a nightmare to deal with especially during the hiring process.

      Pros

      Boston Medical Center is a great place to work. The people here are mission driven, the leadership team is energetic, diverse and extremely talented and the organization is on the leading edge of innovative clinical and operational practices. Quality of care is top tier, educational experiences are second to none and there is constantly opportunities to be a part of big change or project that is both challenging and rewarding.

      Cons

      Boston Medical Center can a challenging work environment. With the exciting change comes unique challenges that require hard work and critical thinking. One cannot be successful here if they are looking for an easy, laid back position. People who will thrive here are looking to work hard, think, learn and grow.
