      healthcare package is better than most places

      Do not like to promote from within. Like to hire friends instead of well qualified employees currently working there. PTO needs to be increased

      Pros

      Those with patient contact seem to truly care for the entire patient population that generally gets their care at this hospital (homeless, impoverished, etc.) and sees them as people who deserve the same care as everyone else

      Cons

      The unions completely run this place. Steer clear if you dont want to deal with seniority and people who take advantage because of their years served.
