Like many safety next hospitals it has financial challenges and many people where many hats

No flexibility in hours/long hours Constant turnover in support staff leaves providers doing a lot of administrative tasks (obtaining records, faxing, scheduling) If you complain there are just more meetings and task forces made up of…non clinicians or clinicians who practice one day a week They boast innovative healthcare but I myself use their health insurance and cannot get a primary care-they just keep telling me to call back every month. Cannot see specialists because so many are leaving Many specialists are leaving due to the poor work/life balance and disorganization in the clinics There is no advancement for NPs
