People are always willing to help. The company is actively stepping up and leaning in to external social issues. The process engineer department has a broadband of potential projects and products it supports.

Cons

You can get pigeon holed into a type of role if you don't aggressively manage up. Company overall is lacking in diversity and nurturing diverse talent.

Relatively relaxed work environment, people are mostly easy going. Work load is never too much. Good support network. Great benefits

Cons

Slow work environment. It's the nature of the job, but a lot of red tape everywhere. Lots and lots of stakeholders so decisions can be slow, and often out of your hands despite you being the person doing all the work
