Business Outlook
Pros
Great culture, training and benefits -- if you work in Minnesota. Enormous pool of expertise. Trainings and technical conferences. Large new company buildings.
Cons
Mostly you have to live in Minnesota (extremes -40 .. 110F humid). Acquires companies, transfers products to Minnesota or overseas for production, then close their sites and lay everyone off including technical experts, R&D. Currently appears to kill all future non-maintenance development. Products become static cash cows.
