Pros
I always had great management that I felt I could always talk to or bring concerns to. The company on the whole was very supportive of continuing education.
Cons
A degree was a hard requirement for most job opportunities for growth. I'm all for more education, but making it a hard requirement boxed out a lot of capable employees from moving up in their careers.
