- A lot of friendly people who are motivated and willing to help - Reasonable flexibility - Free training sessions - Free certification opportunities - Good amount of vacation days - Lateral transition opportunities

Cons

I'm sure there are some I can think of, but I believe the pros outweigh whatever cons there are.

No time balance, overload all, some managers only look self beneficit, no think on employees exposure. Technical value weight less than good talk.
