Good benefits, stability and hierarchy system, all roles are good defined, there are a lot of forums and ways for intercompany communication (even between sites)

Cons

At least in Costa Rica, salary is good compared with other industries, but not as good compared with other companies of the same industry. In some departments it is difficult to grow
