Great company, good people, great culture. Growth opportunities. Felt valued and respected.

Cons

Pay wasn't the greatest for the area, Inside Sales team was hourly and had to clock in and out which led to minimal flexibility. Moved department to headquarters in MN and eliminated remote option for my position.
