      High SG&A - Wasting is the core!

      Pros

      CEO has been doing an excellent job and the company is getting better and better everyday.

      Cons

      Tax department is not operated under streamline and cost saving strategy (they always marked they are in LEAN!!!) Example: During the tax return time, a manager through away more than 500 pages copying paper away right in front the preparer with "who cares about cost, and your hard work" smirk on her face just because the format is not in her favor.

      Pros

      New execs are much better at walking the talk and seem to have set a good direction for the company. Having the company in a growth mode makes everybody much more excited and engaged.

      Cons

      Still seem to have a do more with less attitude. New acquisition... well, just add it to your project list... but you can't remove anything. Oh, and you can't hire more people.

      Not enough risk taking In my opinion, still reactive as far as innovation goes.
