A strong and supportive team environment. A lot of opportunity for growth into various roles. Interesting, challanging, always learning.
Cons
There is no salary adjustment based on cost of living. Unless you live in the mid-west, you will make much less comparable to competitive companies in more expensive areas. Someone living in Iowa makes the same base salary as someone in NYC. You are expected to do a lot of your work on your own time as well as many events without compensation. Most colleagues I know work at minimum 60hrs a week. Most 70-80
