      Job stability Recognition Flexibility If you are well liked, managers will do everything to keep you or hire you again if you decide to leave Good bonus

      Cons

      Healthcare benefits are not great compared to what I had in a different industry. A lot of corporate values nonsense but probably like everywhere else. Progression opportunities are scarce and virtually non existent if you don't want to go down the Senior route.
