Had people change to a hybrid model and have completely neglected their remote employees, who were hired remote, removing opportunity for promotion and career growth. They say they care about their employees, but this was a tactical move that clearly demonstrated otherwise. Colleagues can be cold, overly formal, or hard to work with.
