Summer hours, having Friday afternoon off in the summer is wonderful. Good benefits Good work life balance Good food in the cafeteria Slow, deliberate development (which can be a con sometimes) The company is doing incredibly well business wise, and they pass

Cons

The salary could be better. Among local Minnesota companies, the salary is actually good, but when compared to other companies doing business in Minnesota, it's terrible. I'm making $20k less than my other job. The pace of development is glacial. Be prepared for lots of meetings. I'm hybrid instead of fully remote but my team is spread out across Minnesota so I just drive in to work to hop on Teams in my cubicle all day whenever I have to go in to the office. It's really a waste of gas money for me.
