Amazing experience, I learned so much from my team and manager. I was able to network with tons of different divisions

I wish I could have been utilized more however it is understandable because I was only an intern.

Pros

Flexible work hours for salaried employees.

Cons

Vacation time is not generous...Only 15 days 3 of which are consumed during the shutdown when you start. Max is 25 days or 5 weeks of vacation after 10 years with BSCI.
