      Pros

      Good benefits (6% 401K Match, $500 HSA, Stock options). Adequate initial pay.

      Cons

      Very slow career progression for technicians. Low yearly compensation for your responsibilities. Inadequate work space for project work. Inconsistent feedback from management. Mandatory Weekend work per Production needs unless you reach IV (which is your ceiling). No incentives for technicians.

      Pros

      Great challenges for the big company, nice co-workers. Being in a site with production is an advantage to understand the challenge met in production when working in R&D.

      Cons

      A bit far from Galway, for a student like me, need to live near the bus stop in the city or to have a car.
