Pros
There was a great culture of learning and development in Boston Scientific. I was constantly encouraged to sign up for training courses. I was also welcome to pop over to anyones desk with questions or for advice. Everyone was really helpful.
Cons
When I first joined the company I was thrown into the deep end. Induction training only lasted one day and then you begin the next day. Thankfully I was able to ask my co-workers plenty of questions and they would take the time to informally train me but there was no real training plan for new starts in the logistics department.
