Pros
Great benefits, challenging environment and great coworkers. The projects I work on are beyond amazing and actually having an impact in society. Facilities are meant to empower employees and the work that they do.
Cons
This is a corporation, so the usual structure applies. Decisions sometimes take days to be made, but it is part of the deal. IF you are patient, you will eventually receive the resources you need to succeed and make the company succeed. Everybody wins at the end.
