      Pros

      I worked with bright, competitive people in Sales, Marketing and Med Ed who were focused on achieving sales success. The pace is fast & the customer base is dynamic.

      Cons

      Very little cons working at BSC. Like any other Med Device company, you can expect to work hard, with regular adjustments to your planned activities a part of the norm. Lean staffing; expect to perform multiple roles.

      High SG&A - Wasting is the core!

      Pros

      CEO has been doing an excellent job and the company is getting better and better everyday.

      Cons

      Tax department is not operated under streamline and cost saving strategy (they always marked they are in LEAN!!!) Example: During the tax return time, a manager through away more than 500 pages copying paper away right in front the preparer with "who cares about cost, and your hard work" smirk on her face just because the format is not in her favor.
