Pros
Used to be a great company that took the long term view. It treated it's people well, and was able to recruit great people.
Cons
BSC no longer has any long-term view or concern for its staff. Everything is about hitting this quarter/year's figures (generally cost reductions) and anyone is expendable. Very political atmosphere where who you know is often more important than what you know or being willing to take risks to move the business forward.
