At a non management level are really outstanding humans and support. Remuneration. Would be even better if supported in reaching goals. The Good Managers, are respected, and extremely supportive of team in navigating all the challenges the new world of covid 19 has brought. If you fit the "Diversity objective" there's scope for career progression.

Cons

No resilience through adversity and new challenges are causing downward pressure. Undermining, belittling and complete ignorance from leadership. Very focused on Self preservation and internal profiling. Administrative overload. Internally HR and externally Ethics Point, are all smoke and mirrors. Protect the company and Managers. The rules are subject to change, depending on managements personal agenda. Subjective as to how much is actually fed upward at each level or just ignored.
