      The culture is the best I've seen in a workplace The collaborative environment is really conducive to production of high quality deliverables

      Not enough risk taking In my opinion, still reactive as far as innovation goes.

      Pros

      BSC has a unique product portfolio. Many divisions such as cardiac, EP, urology. I work in the field and have a very professional and supportive manager. Lots of R&D. We are growing!

      Cons

      As a field clinical representative there is not a lot of room for growth. We share many of the same duties as the sales reps but only make less than half of what they do.

      Pros

      I have worked for BSC for 10 years+ and truly believe it is one of the best companies in the world. They are committed to patient care and developing employees. I have held 7 roles in three locations and believe management is committed to my personal development. They have onsite day care, a free bus from Boston, a free fitness center with Crossfit and great benefits

      Wish the cafeteria was a little better
