Business Outlook
Pros
Clear vision and purpose and a strategic plan that is realistic. Quality people with strong work ethics. Excellent industry that has a clear mission that creates great passion in the work environment.
Cons
Changing Sr. Leadership, especially the CEO position had caused the business flounder due to a lack of vision and in turn, execution. Many Sr. Leaders had been disconnected with the business units and never had sense of purpose. This has been corrected under Mike Mahoney and the company has been growing and gaining momentum
