      So much attention over continuous improvement that normal everyday activities are held off due to this.

      Pros

      A mature company with some great tools and systems to make day to day life easier. Some really long term employees in place that help drive innovation

      Cons

      Hiring process is slow and cumbersome and in recent years I saw more weaker candidates being hired. Poor project management lead to unnecessary stress and pressure on employees. I would regularly get called at home even up to 11pm when better planning would have eliminated the need. the mentality was that those who could not cope with the pressure were weak.
