      Easy, but Mentally Draining Work Enviroment

      Good and steady income, weekends off, no commitments when you leave the workplace, incentives including christmas vouchers and bonuses, easy to ask for time off

      Cons

      No annual leave (you work up holiday hours), you recieve a "conversation" which is basically a warning if you call in sick, not a very supportive management team, unfair treatment, bonuses are given in the form of (high, average, low) based purely on the smallest reasons (considering everyone does the exact same amount of work), can be a very high stress enviroment while working with hourly targets, and some very opiniated colleuges. you are the no more or no less important than any other product builder in the room.
