Very poor people development, difficult to develop a career, lack of talent retention policy

Poor marketing... Reserved about clearly communicating product benefits more so than competitors even tho the data shows stronger product performance; struggles to focus resources on specific products or offerings and customer segments...spread thin trying to be all to all Recognition... Few promotions and pay increases... Not comfortable allowing people to love departments every two years as in many other marketing departments I've worked... Too many people get too comfortable in 'old ways'
