      Pros

      I worked for Boston Scientific for more than 10 years and found the company to be a great mix of qualified employees and challenging yet rewarding work I had plenty of opportunities for varied project work and a way to move up or have an impact on projects. The culture is one of results and people work together to get those results, not against as I've seen and experiences in other companies.

      Cons

      It was a very large matrix organization when I worked there which caused inefficiencies in communication and silos where not necessary. It seemed there was a constant battle to break down these silos but which ended up making more (or different ones) and then created more inefficiencies and repetitive work.
