      Pros

      Boston scientific has decent compensation packages. The work envirnoment is excellent. There are lots of activities, both at team and company level, for team building.

      Cons

      Every year since the last 5 years there have been layoffs in the company. This is not only keeps employee morale low, but also decreases growth opportunities

      Pros

      My experience with BSC is certainly positive. As a whole organization, BSC tries to change with the times to ensure their employees', customers' and stakeholders' satisfaction. One of the best things about working for BSC, is the fact that it is a big company with many resources; this helps to make big projects a little less frustrating and sometime, more efficient.

      Cons

      Like many companies, BSC continues to cut costs, thus people are laid off every year. But, for someone who understands business (even-though, I'm a working mom), this doesn't bother me as much. I always try to plan for the worse. My advice for those who are scared by this risk, the government sector maybe more of a safer bet.

      Pros

      Great peers , wonderful managers and a great culture. Very high respect for people. Under the new leader Company is well on the track of growth . Good strategic direction to increase the geographical footprint and invest in high growth adjacencies.

      Cons

      Nothing alarming. Barring a few old boys club members ,the overall quality of leadership is good.
