      A lot of extra working hours not paid and the people environment in Madrid can be very toxic

      The IT systems work pretty well and the office is new

      Cons

      Be prapared to work many extra working hours, including weekends and holidays, without any payment or recognition, and in Madrid the people environment can be very toxic, with some people forming cliques and frequently gossiping at each other, what´s apparently ignored or not known by the management.
