Decent pay. Benefits are pretty good.

Cons

They are big on "Everyone Makes an Impact", but if you happen to be an hourly employee, you will see that your impact is not nearly as appreciated as your salaried colleagues who will receive yearly bonuses worth multiple thousands of dollars and you receive nothing while also being told that the company/your division is making more money than ever before.

Pros

Current leadership is excellent. We were part of an acquisition and interacted with teams from Minnesota and Ireland over a 2 yr period both remotely and on-site. Everyone we worked with from other sites was happy to work for BSC and from the top to the bottom all of us were treated with respect, transparency, and 2 way communication, placing value on all that we did and making for a very thorough transfer of knowledge and goal accomplishment. They have a great culture with a lot of bright minds and I would love to work here again. Bonus plans are also fair.

Cons

- BSC is not alone in this, but they've closed multiple sites in the SF Bay area silicon valley in the last few years, a presence that would be nice to keep given the overall high med device presence here, but understandable given the costs of business.

Job Security is number one. Looks really great on a resume. Good work life balance.

Cons

The cut pay during covid. IT is very difficult to work with. Do your time and you will get promoted.
