Pros
1. New MD & Leadership team is treating their employees as a customer, they try to understand & fulfill their needs. 2. During Lockdown phase irrespective of QTR 2 achievment our 50% incentive was assured, thats some thing created positive culture across india sales team. 3. Field staff safety was taken on priority & new MD personally addressed it over the concall, he has frequent interaction with across all the level in the organisation, that is a positive sign for a growing organisation.
Cons
Overall i spend more than 2 years in Boston scientific, I don't see any cons after new MD coming in, its been almost 9 months under new Leadership, we are al happy.
