Good benefits, Nice Facilities and amenities. Midwest values in the MN plants.

Cons

Too many layers. Never ending RIFs. Job security issues need to be addressed every few years as new RIFs occur.

MikeMahoney has a great strategy for the organization. He is really driving to change the direction of the company and will be sucessful with the right changes in his team.

Cons

The politics at this company are the biggest challenge. There are a lot of old school people here who try to "lead" by instilling fear into people rather than leading by example, ecouragment and support.

While the company is doing well as a hole.

Cons

Boston continues to take on temorary product builders and lay them off again within weeks or months in numbers of up to 150 people at a time in there galway plant. Is this to avail of the tax incentive of taking people from unemployment and dump them back.
