      Excellent place to learn and network. The company also has a very good reputation especially in the minneapolis saint paul area.

      Great Learning Experience of Medical Device Industry

      Decent people, great quality system to learn from, there are opportunities to move around and get a lot of training if you ask, management in certain locations is pretty good, I worked at numerous sites so there are opportunities to move around

      Cons

      processes for getting things done is so complex everything takes longer than it should, once hired raises are really hard to come by in the last 5 years, management at certain locations are lacking basic management skills
