      Pros

      The company has some great values along with employee care. This really makes you feel part of the team.

      Cons

      The onboarding process is a little long. Online learning can be heavy especially given it as soon as you start, would be better to have it spread for the first month and incorporating other areas of the job to split the work load and to have a bit of a different day instead of just sitting and doing the online learning modules.

      Pros

      1. Good culture- especially in Endo and Pulmo division. 2. People are caring. They go to an extent to help you. 3. Products- Great Products in kitty. 4. Reimbursements are fast and on actuals. So you dont feel burdened. 5. Paymaster- Good. Not very high, Not very low but whatever you deserve, you get it.

      Cons

      Every organisation has some cons. Here the only challenge sometimes is back end gets slow. However, with the measures been taken in place, i feel things are moving fast.

      Great engineers, great flexibility with working hours

      Cons

      My contract with the company was cancelled immediately when it became know to senior management that I had a disability, even though it was know during my prework health check. After being in the company for some time, I was told that "the job was no longer available" . Little support from management, no opportunity to work on different projects types, expected to stay overtime uncompensated to meet unrealistic targets
