      Pros

      Products, people and sales force. Top notch.

      Cons

      Upper management, CEO CFO comp is absurd, way to top heavy, too many VP's. RIF's are always field based while VP's are added. No equity or rev. Share programs like competitors in this field.

      Good people, some good products

      Cons

      No growth. Too many jobs outsourced contractors aren't trained well enough to do the job. Management is about quantity and quality gets lost. Too much favoritism.

      Pros

      Depending on who you work for/with, Boston Scientific can be a great place to work! The cafeteria is good and gym has lots to offer.

      Cons

      The morale overall is low, layoffs abound. After 10 years, this is the 3rd executive management regime and with every regime, the last 2 administrations never walked around the home office to meet the little "people" (the folks who do all the work! There are lots of changes (not all changes are good!). Raises have been less than 3% for the past 3 years and bonuses are given to the "most important" positions.
