Pros
BSC is a great place to work, if you enjoy making a difference. Challenging your thinking and assumptions to ensure the right outcome/decision is made. You can make you path with your skills and passion and broaden your scope and experience
Cons
Workload is high but it is very rarely busy work it stems from the commitment of the employees who may be overly ambitious in pace of change. Lets be conscious of how many intiatives impact a set of individuals at a time
